Cameron is an executive advisor with deep experience leading HR, talent, culture, and organizational transformation inside large, complex enterprises. His background includes serving as Citi’s Chief Learning and Culture Officer and leading HR for the firm’s U.S. Consumer and Global Commercial Banking divisions, with experience operating at scale across global teams, highly regulated environments, and periods of significant organizational change. Today, Cameron works with senior leaders at inflection points where existing structures, assumptions, and ways of working and leading no longer hold.
